Food Pantry Donations Needed for Cobb Family Resources
The Center for Family Resources is a non-profit serving low-income and homeless populations in Cobb County. The organization only has about two weeks’ worth of supplies left in its food pantry.
What is most needed: canned vegetables, pasta, rice, breakfast items, canned fruit, canned meats and protein items like peanut butter. Diapers, size 2-5, are also high demand items.
This is where many of the items we bring together for our “Bring it” on July 24th and July 31st will go. As you can see there is a great need within our community. Food items can be brought to the office, Water Fall Hall or deposited in the barrell in the Conference Center. I look forward to seeing what Piedmont can do to help make a difference within our community

Community Area High School Volunteer Teams
“We exist to show God’s love in such a way that people would exchange ordinary living for an extraordinary life through the transforming power of Jesus Christ”
Piedmont Church is living our Mission Statement by serving the needs within our community. This past fall we had a group of volunteers from Piedmont begin to serve at Woodstock High School lead by Ty Peace and Roy Stiglich. In addition to what we are already doing at Sprayberry High School. It is time to expand and build a team for Kell High School
Now we need to develop a team of volunteers to serve the needs at Kell High School. If you are interested in joing the Kell High School Team please contact: Steve Crowley
Together we can make a difference.
